At this time, we are requiring that any non-standard or retail-box released mods that are associated with the game, i.e. Gun Game for CSS, SourceMod for Team Fortress 2, will now be associated with a $35 charge to the service, as stated at the purchase of the product.
Level 2 Support - Level 2 Support gives you the ability to use our skilled technicians to help support a non standard issue that is not native to our systems, services or realm of day to day operation i.e. non standard game mod, web scripting, programing, mod manipulations, server manipulations or any service we dean to be considered "outside the scope of our normal services" This is on a one server, one customer, and one time setup. It will be limited to no more that one hour of time spent one the said server or service. ($35.00 USD One Time)
Level 3 Support - Level 3 Support is for services that you have purchased from T.G.S that require a systems engineer or specialist to support, modify, install or provision. Our systems engineers have over a decade of data-center knowledge and experience. This is on a one server, one customer, and one time setup. It will be limited to no more that one hour of time spent one the said server or service. ($85.00 USD One Time)
